New Moon Cramp Balm

Infused with warming antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory herbs, New Moon Cramp Balm is our go-to for all things cramp related. While primarily intended to relieve cramps associated with menstruation, New Moon can generally be used to address other types of pain and stiffness. Simply massage it into the skin as needed. To enhance the benefits, hold a warm towel or hot water bottle over the area after application to help the herbs penetrate deeper into the body.*

Unlike other salves that rely heavily on essential oils but contain little actual plant material, we make ours by infusing a combination of fresh herbs from our garden and locally-sourced dried herbs directly into the oil. This creates a salve that is gentle enough for sensitive skin but rich in healing plant constituents.
